F1-H1 and now back to F1

Hi,

I came to US on F1 visa and then I got job with some IT Consulting firm and I have been working with them for the last 4 years now. My H1 visa will expire in Oct 2010 (which will be my 6th year). Now, I have applied for my MBA and I got acceptance letter which I have to join for fall semester as a full time student.

I believe now I have to convert back to F1. So moving to the future, after my granduation can I still apply for H1 and I shouldn't worry about the 6 year thing or do I have to go out of the country for atleast a year after my graduation.

Please let me know.
