  • Visa Stamping-Interview HELP!!!

Hi there! I would like to ask how much is the second payment upon passing the interview for H1b visa, in their site they said I have to pay like 135US$ for the appointment and interview then when the Consul is convinced that they can stamp my visa on my passport then again I have to pay but they didnt state on their site how much it would be.
Who has the idea? lemme know!
And also, im thinking why they have to undego interview first before the medical exams. Is it possible that they can refuse/deny an applicant during interview? HOw long will it take to finish all of these stuffs?
    thanks again!!!

The reciprocity fee depends on your country of citizenship. It used to exist for India and now it is no longer there.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

      Recip.

I would like to know why my country (philippines) doesnt have a reciprocity fee upon successful interview for the visa stamping.
Im a Filipino citizen but im currently working here in Kuwait.
      What country has recip. fee?
How long will it take for them to stamp the visa on the passport?
Why they ask for the interview before the medical exams?
