H4 stamping w/o H1B visa stamped

Incase my husband does not have his H1B stamped in his passport *AS OF NOW* (both of us have the approved petitions), and during the time I attend the interview....can I still go for my H4 interview?
Will this cause any issues?
Am going to India so wanted to have my visa stamped!

Or does he need to have his visa stamped before I go for my interview?

You can go by yourself with the extension notice. Anyway, check other posts on the forum as these are common questions.
