My current H1B with company A will expire in couple of days,
So my current employer (company A) has filed for H1 extension for another 3 yrs,i have received my LCA posting number and waiting for approval papers.
Earlier this year i had done H1 transfer to company B and that was approved,
But not joined the company yet. (want to continue with company A)
1.Will there be a problem with getting this extension approved ?
2.Can i continue with company A?
