H1 Application

Hello:

I am currently on OPT and my H1 which has been withdrawn by my current employer. My OPT is valid till Feb 2009 and I am currently working on my OPT.

I am planning to take up another masters after Feb 2009 to be in status..My question is can I apply for H1B in Masters quota again in April 2009?

Let me ask a follow up question:

I am intending to do a second masters degree..Can I apply in Masters quota in April 2009 on the basis of my previous US degree or do I have to wait till the completion of my second masters degree to apply?

If you have one advanced degree, you are good to apply under the 20k quota.
