H4 re-stamping

Hi!,
I am on H1B and my visa was stamped on Company 'A' s name. Later I changed to the company 'B'. In between my and my dependant's visa have expired. Now due to some emergency, my family want to visit India.

When they go to India for stamping, will this create any problem as in my passport, the visa was stamped on company 'A's name?


I would appreciate for any info.

No as long as they have remained in US on a valid I-94 and status.
