H1B stamping

Hi,

I am in Indian, working in a company based in London from last three years - It is not an indian company and is entirely based out of UK . I have an indian passport and recently I have got my H1B approval letter . I want to find out which is a better place for me to go for H1b visa stamping .Around more than 1 year back I had gone to get visitor visa stamped in US embassy in London but it was not approved. I am worried what option would be better to get the H1B stamped.

Your choice. Home country is better if you have a degree from there.

Thanks, but will it be possible for the US embessy in India to validate my emplyment as my bank statemnts and payslips .. proof of employment everything will from UK ..

my suggetion is better u apply from UK.
I am going to apply from south africa, I am too indian staying and working since 3years. no problem at all from abroad even here embassies is better then indian embassy. best luck

I am not sure if the embessies are better here .. because they rejected my visitor visa already .. i don't want to take a risk .. have you come across anybody who has been in such a situation and has applied at an overseas embessy .. thanks for your response ... please reply
