Urgent!!!

I would like to know if I can have an expedited interview in the US embassy but not due to medical emergencies. My resignation is effective this August, and the only date available for interview is Sept. 2, 2008. I am currently working in Kuwait and my employer would cancel my visa this august, and so I want to be interviewed soon.
does anybody has the same experience. pls help!

What you decribe may be an issue for you but not the USCIS. You should return to your home country and apply from there.
