H1 transfer

I'm on H1B status. Recently I have joined a company and my H1 visa transfer is in progress. I've not yet received H1 approval papers from USCIS and can take 2 more months to receive the papers. I did not like the job/role at all and want to move to another job and also I got another job offer.

My Questions are,

1. Can I change my job at this time? Should I need to wait till I get H1 approval papers from my current employer?

---- You can change your job, but you have to apply for a H1 transfer to that company, wait for a receipt and then jpin them

2. What H1 documents I can submit to new job offer? Current or Previous H1 papers? If its legal to apply for other job.

---- The previous H1 papers as you held a job there and transfer to the next company has not yet been completed. Yes, it is perfrectly legal (although you may seek the advise of a lawyer since the suggestions in the forum are not legal advises)

3. Will there be any issues from Immigration services, If I apply for H1 transfer while one case is pending or in progress?.

---- By and large there will be no issues. However, the credentials of the next company do matter
