H1 in october

Hi,

I have been working for a Company since 1 year in my OPT and my H1 got approved this year in June. I have an urgent need to go to India and my employer says my October paycheck will be available by November 14th. I like to know the cons if I go without a H1 paycheck in October. I have 1 year paychecks in my CPT and OPT period.

Can anyone plz advice.

I don't see any issues. I mean you can go for H1 stamping. You have not worked on H1 yet and hence it's ok if you don't have pay stubs for the month of Oct since you will not be working during that month.
