I have recently transferred my H1B Visa and spouse's H4 Visa to a new Company. The application date for both cases is March 17, 2008.
I have checked the USCIS site and still find both the cases to be in Pending status. The above cases are at the Vermont Service Center location. When I checked the USCIS site, i found that as per the bulletin on July 15, 2008, processing timeframe for H1B - Change of status is April 01, 2008. This suggests that my case should have been processed by now.
Since my case was filed before April 01 (that is March 17, 2008), is there a way it can be find out by approximately what time these cases will be processed? It has been over 4 months since the transfer was initiated.
