H1 and overstayed

I came here as a f1 student , I graduated with a MBA and I have overstayed since 2004: in other words, I have violated my status.

What are my options if a company is willing to sponsor me for H1b?

You need to leave before you are picked up and deported; I'm sure you won't enjoy ICE confinement facilities.

Quite frankly, why would you think a company would hire an MBA - who might require a bond to handle financial affairs - who knowingly has committed an illegal act for over 4 years?
