Do I need transit visa??
hi
I am a H4 visa holder and planning to visit India in Oct- Nov
My current H4 visa on the passport is expiring on 30th sept,2008.., but I have new approved extension I-797.
1. Can I travel with the approved extension I-797? since some air carriers are looking for visa stamped on Passport or a transit visa
I am planning to go by airindia..direct flight which halt at Paris for few hrs.. No one is allowed to go out of the plane..
2. Do I need a transit visa for Paris?? Since my visa stamped on passport is expiring on 30th Sept..(Is there a problem travelling when stamped visa on the passport has less than 3 months period or is expired??)
3. Could u tell me H4 visa is a multiple entry or not??
