Detail - Rejection

Hi,

My F1 (Student) Visa was rejected in Mumbai US Consulate before 2 yrs. At present I am in Melbourne and have H1B Interview shortly. I am planning to go to Mumbai to attain interview.

My Question is,

Does Melbourne US Consulate has my F1 rejection details or not? I know Mumbai US Consulate definitely have but other US consulate can know about my rejection from their database?

Please help me out ASAP as I am planning to go to India on next Monday.

Yes they have the information. Why was it denied?

thanks for the reply, so the melbourne embassy have the detail of rejection.I asked because somebody told me that they do not have the information.

They did not told me the reason but as per my knowledge they rejected because of the Un-reliable reply.
