H1 B Stamping if changing Employer

Hi,

I have recently changed the employer recently and planning to visit India.
Do i need to go for VISA stamping with my new employer's approval notice?
If i don't then will that be a problem while i am coming back to USA. I am traveling via London.

Not unless your ...

... already stamped visa in the passport is expiring or has expired.

Else, you need that visa and the original approved petition.

i have the VISA valid till oct 2009..

is that correct that i don't have to go for visa stamping again?

how about my wife on H4..she is now in India...does she even doesn't have to go for VISA?
