hello all,
I am currently in US in L1 visa and have applied for H1(change of status not required).
I am planning to shift to H1 in the year 2009 depending on the market condition.My query is till i do not shift.can i travel to India on L1 and come back on L1.Somebody told me that i can go back but can only come back if i have H1 stamped..
Please help me out..
