My six years of H1 is completing in Aug-09. My GC (PERM) application was filed back in May-08 and the same got selected for auditing, as USCIS is
now auditing all PERM applications filed by my lawyer company.
Could you please advise if my perm application is not processed within next 6 months, will I be able to have my H1B renewed beyond 6 years?
