H4 visa

Hi,

I am workig on H-1b visa in United States. I want to apply H4 for my parents and I have a brother who is mentally challenged and is completely dependent on my parent, So I want to know that can I apply H4 for him as well because there is no way my parents can leave him there.

You can't apply for H4 visa for any of them. H4 is only for spouse and your minor children.
