employer with attorney

Hi,
I am an employer in USA.
I have paid everything including his fee & all the papers to my attorney.
He told me that, he filled the H1b & h4 for his wife & kid of my employ.
Even After 4 weeks, he didn't receive the receipt numebr,then i called the attorney.He has given the receipt number.
After few days, the number he given me has querry.Then i called the attorney. He said that is not his correct receipt number.

Then i ask for h4, he filled the h4 today.( after 4months)

Give us sugesstion to move forward.

Ask for copies of the receipt notice from the employer.

I have asked for the receipt number.
Still he didn't.
He was a big indian fraud Attorney.

After 4 months he filled today and send the h4 copy.
but still he didn't provide the h1b Copy.

He is a fraud.

He provided me wrong receipt numbers 2times
