    L1 to H4

    Hi All,

    My wife is on L1 .We want to convert her to H4 as I am on H1B.Can any one tell me the process to do so.Does she required to go to India to get transfered from L1 to H4?How long it will take to get it transfered?

        I dont work for the USCIS to answer that. Why dont you check processing times.
