H4 Visa Correction : Gender mistake

Hi,

My wife got h4 visa yesterday and I found that on her visa gender was printed as "Male". Later on, I found that I filled DS-156 incorrectly as Male. How to proceed with the correction. Please let me know the required documents to be filled up. I heard that I need to fill up correction form which I am not able to find in the internet. Please help me out with this. It is little urgent. Thanks for your help
