H1B ext expired has new H1B with other emp but trying to file fresh L1B-

Hi,

I have H1B with Employer A which expired on July 7th.
Transferred my Visa to Employer B before the VISA expired.I am not willing to go to Employer B now.
Now Employer A has applied for extension and got RFE and my Employer A is not having all the documents requested.
If my Employer A applies for fresh L1B from India. –

What are the chances of getting fresh L1B approved?

If my H1 VISA wth Employer A gets rejected can I jump to H1 VISA with Employer B?

Please help me...

How long were you on H1 with A in US?

I came here on May 2007 and unfortunately I got VISA for just 1.5 years and its expired now
