Hi All,
I need to thank this site its awesome, I gone thru this site just 3 days before my interview... its really useful to the folks like me...
Im working in a IT company as a S/W engg, im a MCA graduate 2007 pass out, My PM asked me to apply for my L1-B ,i applied and my interview held at chennai consulate on Aug 6th 2008 at 7.30 am .
But I got rejected there
and i have given blue color 221(g) form, the reason may be due to less experience since m DOJ is July 2007. I have hardly 13 months of exp thats why it got rejected thats what my collegues said.
Now my company s asking me to apply for L1-Individual.
Can any one suggest whether i can go for that or i need to wait till i get some more exp..If i apply now whether there will be any chance of rejection again ?
If I applied and got rejected again means whether it will become a black mark for my future ?? and when can i re-apply again...??
