Guidelines for choosing a lawyer

I have come up with following questions to be asked before selecting a lawyer. Please add/delete as required. I am sure this question might have been asked before, maybe in different words, so to avoid reinventing the wheel, wanted to know, anyways:

1. Since how long have you been processing H1B visas
2. How many cases have you processed so far
3. What is your success rate (cases processed, cases refused visa, cases accepted visa)
4. What is your lump sum fee
5. Give 5 references names & phone numbers from last 2 years
6. Is there any limit on the questions that I can ask you during the visa process
7. Will you provide me with a checklist of documents to be provided so that there is no delay & repetition of work
