Working in Hyderabad but approval notice says mumbai for interview

Hi,

I am working in hyderabad from last 1 year. before that i was working in bangalore.

I applied to H1B visa. And it was randomly picked. I recived approval notice. In that it says Mumabi H1B.
1) does it mean that i can go to mumabi consulate.
2) But if i select the current residing state as Andhra Pradesh, it willl give me an option of only chennai.

What should i do. Can any one of you had similar experience. Please let me know your suggestions.

you will apply from Mumbai & chennai too. if you have more doubts then Call to VFS chennai or Mumbai or visit personaly before interview, I think you have to apply through current residence nearest consulate (chennai).. best luck
