H1 - H4 Visa

Hello,

I am stuck in this situation, any Help will be Appreciated

My wife is on H1 Visa and she has not work for last 11 months. I am Planning to get her H4 visa

Will there be any Problem in getting her H4 visa, because she has not maintain her H1 Visa?

What are the list of Documents needed to convert H1 to H4?

She has violated the H1b status without working and you are looking at nothing but trouble. No status change will be allowed inside the US and you will have serious consequences during the GC process including a chance for denial.
