LeapFrog -- COS to H1 from L1 later

Hi All,
I am planning to leapfrog and come back to US after Oct 1 so as to maintain my L1. My H1 was approved with COS . I am planning to work on L1 till next year and move to H1 after I search for a new Job.

My questions are:

1. How much will it cost to do COS from my L1 to H1 later?

2. Can we reuse the COS which was applied when filing my H1 ?

3. My layer told that he received the H1 approved papers/petition. But the status in USCIS still shows like "received additional evidence ... " Does it mean that the status in USCIS site is wrong?

3. Either that or the lawyer did not give you the right info. Ask for a copy of approval notice.
