i'm in us with F1 visa
i applied for h1b visa in april this year and few weeks ago, USCIS send us a letter requesting more info about my sponsor ( the company that applied for me). My sponsor is not able to send them all *** requested so I lost this change to get an H1B this year but I still have F1 visa till may 2009
i'm planning to go to Canada for stamping....my question is: DOES H1B REJECTON INFLUENCE THEM TO DO NOT STAMP MY PASSPORT FOR F1?
