H1 Transfer Issues - Help required

I was working on company A's payroll until June 2008 and then transferred my H1 to company B.

Before starting to work with B I decided to take a vacation and came to India. Now I am not finding B's to be a good option to join.

Is there anyway I can transfer my H1 to someother company? I don't have any paystubs for the month of July and August as I was on a vacation.

Work for B for a couple months to get paystubs then transfer.
