My husband had a 10 weeks of employment gap & later on he got a job. Now,
we can see online that our case has been approved. It says that Case approved; approval notice e-mailed.
Does it mean that I-797 is approved with I-94 ?
I'm sure we will come to know within a week time frame till the company lawyer will receive official I-797 copy. But, only reason i asked the question b'coz if we don't get I-94 than need to leave immediately & get the visa stamp from home country.
I will appreicate if someone can reply quickly
