Hi Everybody,
I currently have an H1 petition as a full time employee. But my company wants to change or make amendments to my existing H1 as a part time employee. I am not aware of what this process really means.
Is it like applying for a new H1 Petition? Will this change in any case affect my H1 Transfer in future? By looking into the petition, can the type ( full time / part time) of employee by identified ?
Please Help me understand this.
