L1 to H1 - Please answer my queries?

I am currently working with 'A' company in L1B, I applied H1b thru Company 'B', and waiting for approval. Can I transfer my new H1 to my existing Employer 'A' instead of joining to my Desi consultant compnay 'B'.
If so, what are the steps need to be taken?

Yes, can be done before Oct 1st. Procedure is like any other H1b. Nothing special.

Once I get my H1 approved, what are the documents I need to get it from my Desi consultanct (Company B), so that I would transfer my h1 to my existing employer

I have signed a Contract for 1 year with my Company B (Desi consultantancy), so If I dont join with company B is there any legal problem?

Some - not all - employment contracts are legal. Have yours read by an employment law specialist. You may be liable for some damages.

Are they(Desi consultancy) supposed to give the approved petition to applicant?
