H-1 Visa procedure

That's not the case.

In addition to people asking questions on this discussion forum, we also receive a lot of questions via email.

After we answer those questions via email, we post them here (both question and answer) for the benefit of other users on the discussion forum.

We could ideally have made a couple of separate user names such as 'question submitted via email', 'answer provided via email' or something like that, but that would be cumbersome as we would have to log in as different users while posting the question and then again while answering the question.

Some of these questions submitted by email are not even worth the trouble of posting again on the forum as (most of them) they have already been answered on immihelp webpage.

Please note that immihelp user id is used by different people.

One or more persons answer the questions by email, who know about immigration.
Another person who is posting them on this discussion forum, and that data entry person may not be familiar with visa/immigration process. Therefore, the approach taken that by that another person is to just post all the questions/answers by email.
