apply H4 when H1 is approved
Hi ,
I am in India and my H1 is approved and I am yet to go for the stamping .Currently my husband is in US on H1 .Since H1 i sgoing to be delayed can I apply for H4 now enter US and probably in Nov or Dec 08 go out country (Canada or India) for H1 stamping .Will there be any issues.
I dont want to go on H1 now (i.e stamping offcourse ) as there is every possibility that I dont get job immediatly.
I want to activate my H1 status only in Nov or Dec.
Please advice as I want to file for H4 Next week.
