when can I get paystubs?

Hi,

How much risk is involved if i go to India in oct 08 for visa stamping? what are the chances of rejection if i have all other documents except paystubs?

Most consulting companies will not pay you anything until you get a project. Do not make plans of going to India in Oct 2008, instead try to look for projects. Once you have 7-8 paystubs you can take a trip in 2009 and get the visa stamped.

It is your status violation and illegal for the employer to not pay a H1b employer while in US. COmplain to DOL on a WH4 form.
