I applied for H1b and got through selected in random and in USCIS website still it is showing as Case Received and Pending
EAC08157 **** * and petition received date is MAY 13 2008
can i knew how many days will USCIS will take to get my Approval

wait upto status changing on USCIS. timeframe is depend on you service center.. see on same site of USCIS they shows you time frame.. but if you applied in may 13 2008 then why its delay?? ok whatever we cant do anything in the process of USCIS just watch & Wait... if they have some doubts in your Petition I-129 then USCIS will take late decission.
