I understand the H1b has to be transferred immediately when you leave the previous employer, but what if you never find a new employer that would transfer the sponsorship and then you just decide stay in the country working without a transfer until the I-94 expires.
What happen if :
1. The previous employer never cancels with the immigration? Would it be everything just all right?
2. The previous employer cancels? Would it be consider illegal and give problems to come back later? even if you leave before I-94 expires.
I would really appreciate any information.
