Graduation date 05/15/08
OPT start date 06/01/08
H1 approved with company A 06/15/08
H1 start date 10/01/08
now company B wants to pursue my H1 transfer(09/16/08). They wanted me to start on 09/29/08. They told me that they will go for premium processing. Can I work for that company B after 10/01/08 while H1b transfer is in process.
