Regarding H1 document

Hi,

I am separated from my husband but not legally and i did not apply for that.

What documents is needed for H1.

Can i show FIR copy and one document that i will notary my status on stamp paper by lawyer?

These are documents sufficient for proof my separation.


Please any senior member suggest me, it is very urgent, On Monday i have an interview.

Are you in US now? If not, you being married/separated does not matter for the H1b.
