Cost to Employer - H1-B

I have a few contacts within the US with whom I could potentially seek employment, but they have asked me to investigate the fees they would have to pay to have me work for them on an H1-B visa.

What is the cost to the employer? I am finding it difficult to find a reliable, up to date breakdown of costs, and the embassys have not been helpful either.

I know it varies depending on the number of employees, but any information would be very helpful (as I know companies with less than 25 employees, and one with more than 25).
