Need Urgent Help on my H1 Transfer situation

Situation:
1) I am on H1B with Company A till 11th September ( I have July, August pay stubs and September month pay stub will come after settlement). My salary stopped on 11th but Company has not yet informed USCIS for H1B termination or making me out of status
2) I have applied for H1B Transfer to Company-B (consultant), FedEx reached USCIS California Service Center on 5th September 2008
3) Meanwhile I got a good full time offer from Company-C on 17th September
4) Now Company C is asking for the H1B transfer

Question:
Is there any H1B Transfer Issues going with Company-C because I am not receiving salary from Company A for the 6 days (12th September 2008 to 18TH September 2008) and also I am not working for Company-A. Same time there is another H1B transfer is filled in USCIS (A to B)

Apply with proof of status with A(pay stubs), transfer receipt and paystubs from B, transfer to C.

Need Urgent Help on my H1 Transfer cum Extension Situation

Thanks for the response here is the Issue..

Issue: I have only Proof of status (Pay stubs till August 2008) but not having transfer receipt & paystubs from B
I am not on the job from 9/12/2008 onwards because I have not yet received the H1 Transfer Receipt from USCIS.
& company B cannot provide pay stubs without work

Question: Is it O.K going for second transfer From Company A to Company C without informing to Company B

What great reasoning from B!! You are out of status without being at work and transfer to C is risky if that is the case.

You can start working with proof of delivery of the package to USCIS and need not wait for the receipt!!!
