How can we get stamping for a new H1-B & a Renewal?

Hi All,

My name is Raj & i'm on H1-B in the U.S.My wife who has been in the U.S on H4-B till now has received her new H1-B.How ever, i completed my first term and also got my petition renewed with out getting my visa stamped. My wife also needs her visa stamped.The question i have is, we are planning to go out of the country, get our visas stamped & come back in. Is this advisable, considering that both of our current visa's have already expired.

You have to do at at some point in time right? Many do that and if you have been in status, there is zero risk.
