Experience 18th sep 2008 interview but probs, guide me.

I applied for h1b & h4 togather, I went sharp on 8:30am , my turn came on 9:00am mumbai consulate.
ok, they asked me few question to me only.
btu after end of interview they kept my & my wife passport, VO returned original documents, & VO told me we will send you your passport at your home in 3working days. I asked him that means I got visa? again VO replied me same we will send your passport at your home. that means what? I got visa? but for how long? my petition for 3years.

It is probably the usual wait time in that consulate. Nothing to worry. Relax and enjoy.
