Hi,
This is almost going to be one year I last faced US consular. My case is pending on "Administrative Processing". I called embassy and got replied from embassy "still under processing". I last faced embassy with additional documents in the year 2007 December and January 10, 2008 I was informed the case needs Admin processing. Another December coming!............Do you believe I have still chace to get the visa?
On a side note, Can I file up another application for H1-B [for next year] with this existing one in process?
