Am holding H1B visa for the last one year but due to the project unavailability my employer didn't allow me to travel usa till now but now am planing to go there on that same h1b without my employer knowledge and planing to search job their and want to change the employer since my brother is their he told me to come there, I know its risk but there is no other way please help me a proper solution for this.
