Regarding I-94

Hi All

I came to US on H4 and my H1 got approved for oct 08.My question is my husband has started greencard with his employer and my H1 is thru different employer so at the time of I-485 filing does we have to give my I-94 details or any of my information to my husbands employer. we also have a kid INDIAN CITIZEN green card process is running for all 3 of us.

Yes, you need to provide that information at the AOS stage ie I-485 filing. It does not matter if you have a different employer, all thats needed is you must be in US on a valid status.
