    Thank you guys for helping.
    * I though the 221g is Admin Processing, if it's not, I don't know exactly. The VO said 'we need to process your documents to decide about your case', isn't it admin processing ?

    * I could not apply in home country. Iran and US has political problems for about 30 years and US has not any consulate in our country. The I797 form described I should apply in Dubai consulate and I think I had not other choice

    * I thought if the process takes longer, the probability of reject will be higher. In the other hand, the employer need me for his projects now, I'm not sure he would want me one year later. I mean if the process takes too long, if the opportunity gone a way completely

    * I don't know why people in this forum think me this way. I did not try a fraud thing, and I believe in my employer too. I just want to get my visa. I saw a person whom applied for H1B too, and he said, if your employer pursue your case and say that they need me very fast, consulate accelerate the process. I just want to ask immihelp experts is it true or not. That's it.

    I am really appreciate your help guys.
    Thanks,
    * Roozbeh

        You could imagine that not much people apply from Iran (It's difficult to find employer, there is not US consulate in Iran and professionals are not know the process at all). I found one person who has been interviewed in July and he rejected at all. Apart from him, other guy applied in Ankara and got the Visa.

        My email address is [email protected]

        Please let me know if you know something.
        Thanks,

          We in the US are well aware of problems with Iran over the past years. One of your problems that you have no control over is the US has classified Iran as a "state sponsor of terrorism." When you mention "fast" in that context, it becomes very suspicious. While you may not be able to apply from your home country due to special circumstances, it still makes you an atypical applicant and places you at a disadvantage. There is simply nothing you can do about it.

          Your employer is well aware - or should be - that the guest worker visa process is not fast. There is nothing you - or he - can do to accelerate the process. The more anxious you appear, the less likely you will be to get the visa.

          You are in a very special situation due to your nationality. If I were a VO and had someone pressuring to get a visa for a person from one of these few countries know to have made terroristic threats against the US, I would black list that person and keep him from ever getting a visa.

            It makes sense. Thank you for info. By the way, I worry that doing nothing might not be the best solution. Let wait and see what happens!

            Thanks for help.
