Hello,
One of my told me that, If you are traveling to Mexico or Canada for H1 visa renewal or H4-H1 change, the consulate is collecting the Application and asking the candidates to visit back after a week or so for the Visa Interview. He said this is being done because there is a migration going on in the USCIS database and the consulates have no live updates.
Is this true. Has anyone gone for Visa to Mexico or Chicago in the last one week?
