I went to US in June 2007 on H4 visa and applied for H1b while i was in US. I came back to India in Feb 2008 and I came to know in May 2008 that my H1b was picked up in lottery.
I was told that if I enter US on H4 , my H1b will be invalid........is this true?
Do I need to apply for COS before entering US? I am still in India and planning to go to US in October
