H4 travel to India

I came here on H1 through company A. My wife joined me on H4 thru the same company. After one year I changed my employer from A to B. I also applied for H4 extension for my wife and have her new I-94 card. Now my wife intends to travel to India for a month in Jan 09 and come back. I wont be travelling with her. In this case is it necessary for her to get new H4 stamped or can she enter with her old H4 stamp and new H4 extension approval document. Her old H4 stamp is valid till Sept 2009. Thanks

If the visa ...

... in the passport is valid, you don't need re-stamping to re-enter the United States.

Just make sure your spouse has the renewed original petition along with other documents.
